(1) When disassembling components, use a tin suction device and a tin suction rope, and avoid hard removal. The same solder pad should not be heated for a long time and repeatedly disassembled to avoid damaging the solder pad.
(2) Printing lines should not be arbitrarily cut off. Some maintenance personnel have some maintenance experience and are accustomed to wire breakage inspection. However, most circuit boards on CNC equipment are double-sided metal or multi-layer perforated boards, with thin and dense printed circuits. Some points are difficult to weld when they are broken, and adjacent lines are easy to cut when cutting. When cutting a certain line at some points, it cannot be separated from the line, and several lines need to be cut at the same time.
(3) Do not disassemble or replace components at will. Some maintenance personnel immediately replace a faulty component based on their perception of which component is faulty without identifying the faulty component. This has a high rate of false positives and a high rate of man-made damage to the removed component.
(4) The electric soldering iron should be placed in the front of the hand, away from the maintenance circuit board. The soldering iron head should be properly trimmed to adapt to the welding of integrated circuits and avoid damaging other components during welding.
(5) When measuring the resistance value between lines, the power supply should be disconnected, and the red and black probes should be interchanged for two measurements, with the one with the high resistance value as the reference value.
(6) Most circuit boards are coated with solder mask, so when measuring, you should find the corresponding solder joint as a test point, and do not remove the solder mask.
(7) When replacing a new device, its pins should be properly treated, and acidic solder oil should not be used in welding.
(8) Find out the power supply device and type of the circuit board. According to the needs of the inspection, power can be supplied separately or completely. Attention should be paid to high voltage. Some circuit boards are directly connected to high voltage, or there is a high voltage generator inside the board, which requires proper insulation. Special attention should be paid during operation.
